There are three ponds around the historic Wayside Inn. These are Carding Mill pond located behind the Inn, Grist Mill pond located next to the grist mill and Hager Pond located right outside our classroom window. Next time you're in the area bring some food for the birds and spend a moment feeding the collection of swans, geese, ducks and more that gather outside our windows.
